A Lost Adventure from the Captain Radio Archives

The Adventures of Captain Radio has concluded its run…or has it? This morning, our bonus-level backers on Ko-Fi woke up to a post-Christmas surprise—a lost adventure pitting Captain Radio against the evil genius Doctor Orban. Set before the events of Season 1, Captain Radio and the Infinite Imposter Infantry is an excerpt from the finale of a seemingly lost adventure with hints about the life one of our main characters lived before their time aboard the Phaeton. The episode also offers a brief hint about our new audio drama coming in 2026.

Once More Unto the Breach: Captain Radio Season 3 Finale

It’s finally here, the epic conclusion of The Adventures of Captain Radio. In the final episode, Once and For All, our heroes face off against their most powerful enemy to retake the ship, save the planet Alpha Centauri from being crushed by the graviton fold, and rescue Ace from the grip of Doctor Orban’s evil scheme. But it comes at a terrible cost.

It’s all led up to this. Comedian Armando Torres Lends His Voice and Humor to The Adventures of Captain Radio

In four years of making The Adventures of Captain Radio, I don’t think we’ve ever laughed as hard as when we we sat down for a cast read-through of Chapter 2: The Orphan Moon. The thing is, it’s a dramatic episode, but guest star Armando Torres was so funny and deadpan in his role as 74391 that we were all in stitches. Christian Carvajal, who plays Orion, summed it up best when he remarked, “We’re doing Buck Rogers and then Garfield the Cat shows up.” It’s really a treat to welcome Armando, who is an accomplished L.A. based comedian and podcaster, to the world of Captain Radio.

Comedian Armando Torres Joins the Cast of The Adventures of Captain Radio

Obscure Studios is excited to announce that comedian Armando Torres is joining the cast of The Adventures of Captain Radio for Season 3! Armando is a Los Angeles-based stand-up comedian, actor, writer, and producer. He is the head of propaganda at Midnight Snack TV and co-host of the Cult Podcast. As an actor, Armando has been featured in the TV series Camp Camp and Stinky Dragon Adventures and the comedy short Raca.

Armando joins the cast of The Adventures of Captain Radio for Season 3, alongside voice actors William C. McDonald as Captain Radio, Scott Kennedy as the Narrator, DeLano Hays as Ace, Abigail Stokley as Andromeda, Christian Carvajal as Orion, Jonny Eberle as the Newscaster, Hanna Wonders as Queen Nashira, and Gillian Kennedy as the Machinist. Armando will be playing 74391, a mysterious character from Andromeda’s past.

Don’t Miss the Epic Season Finale: Obsession’s End

The Adventures of Captain Radio Season 2 comes to a close this weekend with the release of “Chapter 5: Obsession’s End.” In this episode, Captain Radio and company must make their final stand against the malevolent Lithostar and the bloodthirsty treasure hunters who would claim it for themselves at any cost. To prevent an interstellar genocide, Captain Radio, Andromeda, Orion, and Ace must overcome impossible odds to save the galaxy once again.

We’re so excited to share this story with you. Our amazing cast has done a phenomenal job bringing the world of Captain Radio to life.
